I was referred to Dr Naderi by my GP for an IUD insertion. While Dr Naderi seems to have glowing reviews from people who have seen her re:dermatology issues, please do not trust this doctor for IUD insertion. I was traumatized and had to ask her to stop mid-procedure. She seemed nervous throughout the process and I think her nerves clouded her judgement to complete the procedure safely and in a trauma informed manner. Dr Khandker is kind, thorough and a true medical professional. She doesn’t rush to prescribe but rather treat the root causes of things. In a time where confidence in the medical system is low, I have ultimate trust in her.
Be expect to have a longer wait time from your doctor to tell you about your lab results. Doctors nor receptionists won’t follow-up with patients to book an appointment. Instead, patients need to be PROACTIVE and it should be our job to as per front desk. Receptionists at this clinic is a joke and change your protoccol if you guys want all patients to do your job for you guys lol.
Was there today and I have to say the experience was lovely, the Doctor was on time and the front desk staff were all really lovely and kind.
Receptionist most especially Eva and the other Chinese looking receptionist are extremely rude and unreasonable.I' ve never seen front desk employee to be so unprofessional in holding conversation.It makes me upset and turned my mood upside down.Receptionist are so argumentative instead of giving solutions to existing problems with the confirmed schedule.
