This place is ridiculous. They claim to be a walk in clinic. Yet at 9am put a sign outside their door saying they’ve reached walk in capacity for the day? Interesting LMAO How about don’t bother saying you’re a walk in at all? BC healthcare system is an absolute joke.
This doctors office has consistently provided us with the best service. We’ve seen multiple of the docs and they are all pleasant and extremely helpful. Extra shout out to Dr. Cloete who continues to help our family as we navigate through sicknesses with little kids. The reception staff is top notch, all the ladies have treated us with respect and go out of their way to accommodate our needs. We are really grateful. Thank you!
Initially made this review a 3 star since I love the medical high roads I go to in Burnaby. The receptionist are kind easy going and very understanding of miscommunication or errors. I called the west Kelowna by accident and the receptionist was very rude. She was not understanding in any way and when she asked for my name I told her and then respectfully said that I did state it carefully at the beginning of the conversation. I am so thankful and happy for all the support we as a family of 6 are getting!!! Dr. Cloete is our family doctor, which takes time to listen, takes our concerns serious and explains it with patience. He has big knowledge. We switched from a Kelowna doctors office to his about 6 years ago and I can truly say that the whole atmosphere and office has changed ever since.
