Dr. Cloete was my family doctor in Alberta for almost 10 years. For almost 10 years, I told him my medication was wrong and it needed to be changed. He dismissed my concerns every single time. They do not respect your time. Even with an appointment, expect to wait over an hour to be seen (what’s the point of an appointment!). This has happened on more than one occasion. Also, i’ve had to call back to correct the prescriptions multiple times, which is more a headache than it should be, they make the simplest of things look so difficult. I’d recommend going anywhere but here.
I am giving a one star specifically to the MOA with the south african accent only. This does not reflect the care of the Doctors at all. Today I called to follow up as I had a scheduled phone appointment yesterday, but I did not receive a call (I was glued to my phone all afternoon, I truly just didn’t receive a call, maybe a wrong number was dialled, but it wasn’t the end of the world).
