Commenting from a person trying to apply for an apartment the process is very difficult. Websites 404 error/down it’s no way to apply for the apartment a few others have said the same.
HIGHRISE NOLA.... WHY I WENT OUTSIDE TO GET INTO MY CAR, AND MY CAR WAS GONE. SO I WENT TO MID-CITY AUTOMOTIVE AND MY CAR WAS THERE. MIND YOU, IT WAS RAINING HARD OUTSIDE SO MY HANDICAP TAG MUST HAVE DROPPED ON THE FLOOR OF MY CAR. I EXPLAINED TO HER THIS, AND ASK HER TO ALLOW ME TO ALLOW ME TO SEE THE PICTURE THAT WOULD SHOW THAT MY TAG WAS NOT IN VISUAL . I ALSO SPOKE WITH THE LADY AT THE WINDOW. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT MY CAR DOORS DON'T LOCK AND SHE HAD MY PERMISSION TO GO INTO MY CAR AND SEE THAT MY TAGS WERE IN THERE. ... read more

Too many dog owners. The building is nice, but the big problem is the dog owners. Dogs bark day and night and management does nothing. There's dog poop in front of the lobby doors. And did I mention the fire alarm? It goes off CONSTANTLY because people cook and smell up the common hallways (which gets into other apartments). Finally, the elevator is broken almost every week. I do not recommend this place.
