This facility is absolute trash. The amount of clients that are actively using ON PROPERTY then getting dosed is ridiculous never mind the lack of accountability held from staff, including case workers/clinicians to maintain program and life goals. Addiction remediation is not the goal here, maintaining addiction and funding is… this facility should be shut down. Point blank, period.
The clinic does not follow any policies or procedures. The Director Lashann Depina let a client who relapsed and got kicked out of treatment to begin giving them their take homes back right away without completingtake home groups. The staff create fake documents for clients to say they went to group or had an appointment. They enable manipulating behavior. They dose clients who are Cleary intoxicated. Horrible horrible horrible the girls at front desk are rude and ignorant nothing professional about it and I never leave reviews that’s how you know it’s bad just saying would never recommend NEVER!!!!!’n
