Unauthorized service - unethical My house was built in 2013 and the builder (not me) had an agreement with Highpoint Lawn Service for 3 treatments over the 2013-2014 season. After these treatments, Highpoint Lawn Service sent at least four contracts to me trying to get me to sign up with them for 2015. I was not interested, so I disregarded their mail.
