Awful ! The worst ! Never killed any weeds after 3 treatments then wouldn’t even offer a refund just for the last treatment told me I had to pay it since they still came out !

This is the worst lawn service in Monroe county. I wish I could give zero stars.Weeds throughout lawn an grubs .Supervisor is really disrespectful. I won't recommend them to not even my enemy.
We've been using Highpoint for several years. Our lawn looks great and they've always been responsive when we've had questions or concerns. No matter what service you use it helps if you use the right grass seed and water when necessary.
I've been with Highpoint for about three years. When they first started to treat my lawn my expectations was "it was going to take a season or two to see a real transition to a healthy lawn". Well it's year three and my yard looks like a well manicured golf course. I've tried Truegreen, Chemlawn...etc. Happy with this team! Besides when I call and talk to them it's always happy and friendly. One more point as a home owner it takes more than just treatment. You have to aerate your lawn and also have it rolled as well.
