I got bill from tru green a week ago and saying they had performed service. It has been snowing in February and I do not know what is the purpose they apply anything on the snow! in addition, when I call tru green about the invoice, they said they acquired high point! we never got anything from high point. Do we need to do anything in order for not being double billed? do we need to cancel our contract with high point or the contract is transferring to tru green since they acquired high point?

I have owned my home for 30 years and it has NEVER looked as good as it does now! I hired Highpoint after several disappointing experiences with brand name companies.
Highpoint’s fall application of fertilizer and weed control ‘browned out’ my entire lawn. They applied their treatment on Sept 15th. Two days later it started to turn brown. After two weeks, it was completely brown. Nate came out to look when I was not home. He decided the brown lawn was not their fault. He said the browning was due to shade, trees and lack of rain.
