We had an amazing experience at this hospital for the birth of our son. From the moment we arrived through recovery, every doctor, nurse, and staff member treated our family with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She had a C-section, and the entire team made us feel informed, comfortable, and supported every step of the way. My daughter visited the ER in Winchester, TN last night at 9 weeks pregnant, extremely dehydrated and very sick. Unfortunately, the doctor who saw her, Dr. May, was unprofessional throughout the visit — eye rolls, dismissive comments, and a lack of basic compassion. Pregnant patients deserve to be treated with respect and urgency, especially when they are visibly unwell. I had a brain MRI today at Highpoint Health in Winchester , Tennessee. I am claustrophobic. Nick in radiology was great. He explained everything in advance. Gave me my favorite music to listen to (Johnny Cash) to help cover up the noise (it was still loud), covered my eyes with a cloth, advised me to think of something pleasant, gave me a nearly painless IV of contrast, gave me a squeeze device for a panic stop, and checked on my well-being when he could. I was there last week for X-ray on my wrist.i was also there yesterday for a colonoscopy and again today for mammogram,bone density test and CT angiogram. I can say nothing but good things about the hospital and staff. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and definitely knew there expertise in their field. I'm new to this hospital and everyone was great at getting me through the processes and procedures! Kudos to them. I definitely would recommend them! My dates on these procedures were on 4/21/26,4/23/ 26 and 4/24/26
