Grace is 7 days old today.. we started out wanting to have grace at Erlanger hospital and that was awful we got treated very bad to the point I will never go back to that hospital.. our next choice was windchester hospital and our friends said do not go there so we was thinking of the hospital in Fayetteville.. we gave in and went to windchester hospital and it was amazing they treated us like family.. the nurse Jenna harper was amazing she stayed by our side the whole time... i went into general admissions for routine blood work, the receptionist “Helen” was very rude & had a nasty attitude throughout the whole encounter. Then while i was waiting to be called back for said blood work, she was very rude & racist towards an older hispanic gentleman who couldn’t speak good english. as a receptionist myself, i am appalled. do better. treat people with respect. everyone. i wouldn’t have left a bad review, but i do NOT tolerate racism at any capacity & i do NOT think the hospital, where people come at ... read more

Yesterday, July 15, 2026, I had 4 hours of Cardiac Testing at the Radiology Department. A big shout out to that Department. They were very friendly and professional and took their time and took great care of me. HEATHER CARSON, my Nurse, was awsome and it was a pleasure to have her care for me. Another Nurse, also named Heather, was the nurse of Cardiologist Dr. MEESE. She administered one of the test and made me feel relaxed and safe all the way through it. Went in on a Sunday didn't have to wait to long in the waiting room and the nurses were very sweet and attentive the nurse staff seem to really care about people. Highly recommend Winchester tn hospital..

Terrible bedside manners. Talked to me like I’m stupid simply because I can’t afford to go to my dr yet. Like my concern for my health doesn’t matter. The maintenance staff has more compassion for patients than the drs and staff. So disrespectful and rude. How do these drs. Make it through med school? They should really be ashamed of themselves. It’s all about the money to them. Not actually about helping people and easing their minds. I’m letting all my family know as well and if my condition turns out to be really serious ... read more
