I want to thank everyone at Highpoint with Ascension St Thomas for taking such great care of my mother Joyce Gann. My mom was taken very good care by all the staff and that includes Hospice and Palliative care. She passed May 7th 2026 but she had told me that she appreciated everyone at Highpoint. I would recommend Highpoint for anyone.
This place should be shut down they do not care especially about children.
I am a patient sitter who is there for the right reasons, you will not see me on my phone or dozing off, that being said, I am very grateful for the job. I would prefer doing a 12hr. shift and 2 8hr. shifts and a 4hr. Shift instead of 3 12hr. shifts! But other than that a raise of 1 dollar an hr. sure would be nice! Helping patients helps me also due to anxiety issues! So I am giving 4 stars only for the reasons I have listed! It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. This place is a joke. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone even if it’s an emergency. You might as well make it to somewhere else.
Everyone at the hospital was so caring and compassionate. From the ER to my hospital room everybody made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of.
