We walked into the Wooster, Ohio store. We had seen an add online and we ordered a special deal they were offering. Financing was no problem. Our furniture was to arrive in two weeks. On day 13 we gave away our old couch. On day 14 I called the store only to find out the furniture would be delayed another 2 weeks. Hmmm. I think we deserved a call about that. 3 days later, we did receive a call about the situation. Apparently there is a lack of communication in that office.
