Dr. LOGAN PITTMAN IS AMAZING..
The staff will not return calls or refill prescriptions in a timely manner. My mom has been sick and trying to get a hold of the office on the phone and through the portal but no one has returned calls or messages for days now. Her pharmacy called to get approval for a refill on one of her prescriptions several weeks ago and still hasn’t gotten a response from the doctors office. The lack of care or concern for an established patient who is over 70 is absolutely unacceptable & extremely infuriating.
Dr. Reno was warm, friendly and kind and EXTREMELY helpful! WONDERFUL BEDSIDE MANNER! Barely sat down before I was called back. The staff was wonderful and the girl who took my blood was as gentle as a lamb! LOVE YOU GUYS!!🥰
