People on the pharmacy are always amazing! The three main girls that always deal with my prescriptions are always speedy and helpful. They are always able to give me a time frame of when the tablets will come and always do it with a smile on their faces :)
Called for an appointment as really unwell, was 8th in line at 8am so I should definitely get an appointment, got told if have a call back "this morning" for a triage call, despite saying I really need to see a doctor.... It's now well past morning and I haven't even received a call, so at this point I am quite sure I will not get an appointment. I have emailed and called and put myself in the call back queue, that was almost an hour ago for that also. Update: Just got through to reception who told me no one has booked me in... read more
Absolute shambles of a GP that my partner goes to. We tried booking dead on 8:00am multiple days, never any appointments. 'Use our eConsult' - the one thats also never available??? 'Monday to Friday 8am', well it's currently Friday at 8:03am and it says 'You can submit a request again from 8am on Monday.' Get it together. Avoid this place. Change surgery if you can.
