I’m a general dentist who visited this clinic as a patient. I found Justin Highmoor to be cold and unwelcoming. He should surely have the time and resources to educate himself and his staff a bit more on proper patient care as he doesn’t spend more than a minute with his patients and overcharges them. From one dental professional to another, do better.
Updated: Reduced from 3 to 1 stars because good lord. If I want to be gaslit and treated like an idiot, I can just log on to social media. No need to pay for the pleasure. I won't be coming back. Front staff and dental staff always friendly and professional. Never have to wait too long, they take me in right away.

Staff are friendly and nice. Unfortunately the dentisit is rude and condesceding to them and to his patients. He referred me to a specialist, but I was unable to go due to the upfront cost of $230. When I went back to Highmoor the dentist told me he was sure I could come up with the money. I told him I'm on disability and can barely afford groceries each month, to which is scoffed.
