I do not recommend hiring this company at all.Nobody has a clue of what's going on I hired them to redo some gas lines and diagnose a heater. And install another heater they ordered a new fan for my heater, which was 600 bucks, and it never showed up. So they put a used fan off a smaller furnace which the furnace never worked. I had to throw it away and buy a new one. They refused to take any less than the 600 for the fan. They are well qualified team who did a great job in Aspen Grove Homeowner
Told me the job was completed when it wasn’t. Expected me to go after their subcontracted electrician who couldn’t figure out how to wire a new air handler to a boiler system, and to my wifi thermostat. Everyone walked away and left it to me to figure out with no explanation. Asked for a small refund to cover the cost of finishing their work and was ignored. 2 stars for the mechanical work being well done.
