Highly do not recommend setting up insurance through these ppl because I was teaching my children and this man called 17 times in 20 mins as I continued to hit the ignored button he left this voice message, I tried to call the hotline to speak with someone and he said I’m my own boss, so I called the direct number and got voicemail after voicemail for each extension.
Hands down the worse insurance I ever had
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Called 8 times, just enjoys hanging up on you and refers you to the website. Enter the number, goes "Ohh i'm sorry" Call us back when you have your info. Infuriating that I give my money to them. This should be outlawed. Approaching an hour to just get past the menus.
I struggle with many serious health conditions. They have been so helpful in ensuring that my treatments were able to be approved in a way that allowed me to get some of my life saving treatments. They have approved my meds and have bent over backwards to help in every way possible. They even sent me back every premium that was taken out of my SSDI check on their own. They believe that I should be getting the ..... that I am fighting for in order to live!!!
