I called sitting outside of the building, 3 people around the phone. No one picks up. Ask me to leave a message. Find another Highmark or a new provider. People collecting pay for sitting around. Do better Highmark and Harrisburg

The entire experience from walking in the door until completion was excellent. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I entered the store in a professional and friendly manner. My appointment was for noon, I was seen early. Leslie and her cohort were exceptional. They explained the available plans in an easy to understand manner and presented me with choices that worked for me in my personal situation. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is approaching Medicare age to consider talking to the folks here.
