Brandon Quarles was very knowledgeable about the offered health plans and was quickly able to match my needs with the Highmark health plan that best matched my needs at that best price! Brandon and the other staff at the Monroeville Highmark store were all very friendly and professional and eager to help me with the services and products that I needed! My wife and i stopped in without an appointment on 02/23/23. Brandon was very informative. It can be a bit overwhelming when you have always had insurance with your employer and now you have to navigate this on your own. Brandon explained all the different plans and which one would be most like or actually better than the plan we had through our employer. Thank you Brandon, you made a difficult situation very comfortable!
