I tried for seven months to even get a bill. Each month i had to guess when it was due. Every month i was promised a paper bill and never got it. This month Brandon Quarles took care of everything. Very friendly, polite and professional. I was going to change from Highmark when enrollment comes but because of Brandon I plan on not changing in the fall. Thank you Brandon ! Tom Hackley

A special shout out to Brandon at the Monroeville site. I’ve been trying to sign up for Fit On and he went over and above for my husband and I to sign up. As a senior not wanting to deal with computers etc…he made our life easier. Ty again. Deb
Great experience with Janice and Brandon at Highmark Monroeville. They patiently and professionally walked me through the different plans in detail + answered my questions + signed me up through Pennie and ensured the process went smoothly. Would highly recommend this location to others looking for health insurance. My understanding is they're not paid on commission and so another plus is you avoid dealing with the typical insurance broker who is trying to push certain plans onto you just for the commission.
Great experience! Brandon Quarles was very knowledgeable about the offered health plans and was quickly able to match my needs with the Highmark health plan that best matched my needs at that best price! Brandon and the other staff at the Monroeville Highmark store were all very friendly and professional and eager to help me with the services and products that I needed!
