Engineer came out done the job i wanted done but also did another job i didn't ask for, then when questioned about it said it was a legal requirement, so i called the governing body which is gas safe register uk and was told this is not the case, when i contacted highly efficient again the engineer point blank refused to come and put it back to the way it was before he touched it. i do not like this company at all, engineers make up there own laws and refuse to fix what they have done.

I was really impressed by the professional attitude and work ethic of this company. From the initial visit by Phil to assess what I needed, regarding a new boiler, through to the engineers( I think were called Calvin and Michael) the whole process was seamless. Quotes were sent outby email and post exactly as they said they would be. The lads were on time. They were extremely tidy in their work. Nothing for me to do at all. I would fully recommend HEH to anyone who wanted a new boiler.
