Bill and his team went above and beyond to get a trailer built on short notice. He stayed late to make sure everything was ready for my 2000km drive home. Not many businesses out there nowadays that take so much pride in quality and customer service.

Terrible customer service
I needed a trailer for my Saturn SD518 (SIB). I've recently found out how tricky it can be to find a trailer for these boats, due to its light weight yet oversized dimensions. Another constraint was my vehicle's GVWR which limits my towing capacity to about 1500lbs. I contacted Highliner and within a few days I was talking to the owner/fabricator who was willing to work with me to modify a standard design considering my requirements.
