With this kind of service any business to be successful needs a team such as this to help be successful. I have read all reviews and will try to address the negatives in doing so. First I will state I have owned Highliner trailers for just over 9 years. The latest being a TCL 47-23 Surge Dual Axel Galvanized Bunk Trailer with salt water brakes. These Trailers are no nonsense commercial duty bullet proof Best Value on the Market period. Bill and his staff helped us when we were stuck at a boat launch with our broken trailer. This was extremely helpful. After an emergency repair, we brought our trailer to the Highliner Trailers yard for a thorough inspection. He was able to make boat loading easier and safer by replacing old unsafe parts, adjusting the axle and making numerous safety improvements. We appreciate his care and attention to detail.
