I had an excellent experience with Highliner Trailers thanks to Bill. I was trying to find a seal for a brake caliper on my boat trailer and had searched everywhere without any luck. When I called, Bill spent about 15 minutes of his time going above and beyond to help me. He researched the caliper, found an alternative part number that would work, and gave me excellent advice on how to solve the problem. Bill and his team went above and beyond to get a trailer built on short notice. He stayed late to make sure everything was ready for my 2000km drive home. Not many businesses out there nowadays that take so much pride in quality and customer service.
