We have been coming to Highline Veterinary Hospital for over 10 years now. Why? Because of the great care our Mattie receives. Roxanne is always kind and caring in her exams of our baby girl and provides us with all the information we need and want. They know to forward Mattie's shot records over to where we board her while we are away from home. They always recommend the best treatment at affordable pricing. Dr Jackson and her staff have been wonderful with my cat. Although he just passed from his chronic renal failure, he lived many years past the expectations of other vets. More than 1 had suggested termination in 2006. The cost were reasonable and they taught me how to care for his condition. Highly recommend this office and their caring staff.

Changed for the Worse We had been taking our cats and dogs to Highline for years while the elder Dr. (Mr.) Jackson had been running the clinic. The visits with him were always good and we felt he really cared about the animals. We are not as happy with Dr. (Ms. Jackson) who took over the clinic. You just don't get the feeling she really likes what she does, and when you ask her a question you are as likely to get a flip remark back. A good fit – My family has been going to this place for a long time. When I was a child we took both my family dog Tyler and my family cat Sassafras there. I remember peeking up over the exam table watching as the vet gave my cat who was expecting four kittens a clean bill of health. I was nine then. Years passed and we said our final goodbye to both Tyler and Sassafrass in that office. Their loss to us was a little bit easier to bear because of their kindness. Great vet AND staff – Not sure what the last posters problem was, but my pets and I have always been treated with courtesy and great care at Highline Vet! The staff is always friendly and do their best to get me in when it fits my schedule. Mary, the receptionist, has been there forever and is great!! If the staff was unhappy, I don't think they would still be working there year after year. Don't be put off by that last post, because that person may have been having a bad day. Worst vet office I have every been to – If you like non-caring staff with an attitude, that is your vet. Met Dr. Roxane Jackson once. She was ok, although also not passionate about her work. Not sure, anyone really wants to be there. I am used to passionate vets and staff that love their jobs, their patients, and have exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport with the pet owner. Best Vet Ever! – Capri has seen both of the 2 Dr. Jacksons who practice at Highline and both are very good diagnosticians. As of late, Capri has been seeing Roxanne Jackson. She is caring and compassionate. I have been to quite a few vets, so I know what a good one is!
