After the issues we had earlier on during the week, The Owner called to apologize and wanted to rectified the situation. He made me feel that I was a value customer. They came out to fix my flashing from getting a Tankless Hot Water heater put in. They showed up a little earlier and it took them about a hour to do the job. We had a flawless experience with Highline. Eduardo and Julio were always easy to reach, quick to respond, and professional with great attention to detail. We had some complexity with our roof, given that we have a large array of solar panels; but they worked seamlessly with a solar company that removed and reinstalled the panels (who also did great work). We have used this company for our gutter repairs/replacements for almost 10 years. They are fantastic
Let me be up front, I personally did not use this company for any service. However a hotel I was staying in did use their services. I caught their employees leaning on and touching my vehicle in the parking lot. They should have more decency than to do this.
I have worked with the owner Eduardo for over a decade… Couldn’t recommend these guys more! Their reliability and honesty is top-notch, would give them six stars if I could!
