Fantastic working with Zach. Did a wonderful job communicating and managing expectations for timing, cost, scheduling, etc. Transparent and informative. As someone who has worked with a lot of contractors, I can say he was/is uncommonly good in this regard, it really stood out from the beginning. Zack did a great job redoing our railing! Great communication, reasonably priced, and please to work with. Will definitly hire again in the future.
Zack remodeled a bathroom and deck. He is a meticulous professional at his job. He pays attention to the details. He informed us every step of the project and I am more than pleased with our final results. I recommend Zack without any reservations.
10/10 experience - Zack did an excellent job remodeling our shower to remediate some issues from a less than stellar previous owner/flipper. Front to back, quote process was easy, accurate, and better in detail than the three others we had received. Throughout the job he was clean and courteous, communicating any issues/decisions that needed to be addressed as they came up. We are really happy with the way our bathroom remodel turned out. Zack was a great communicator throughout the process, thoughtful and thorough in his work. He and his subs were attentive to detail and helped to address several additional issues in our home we weren't aware of, in a timely and flexible manner. We appreciated all of his suggestions and insight during planning and construction. Definitely would recommend Highline and hope to work with Zack again in the future.
