Nice service and easy to get to
All of the male physical therapists are incompetent lacking basic knowledge of anatomy and procedures and they don't pay attention and cause patients harm. The front desk is very rude and act like they are waiting for a confrontation to begin. I am reporting the negligence from the male therapists.
The PT providers, receptionist (sorry if that’s not the official title), and massage therapists are all wonderful. They are fun and personable. I’ve watched how they care for people who are struggling likely more than I and they’re compassionate and very thoughtful in their interactions. They also appear to really enjoy what they are doing which means a lot about the clinic itself. I appreciate their willingness to put up with my sense of humor and that they can dish it right back, keeping me focused with humor. Bravo!!
