Sara and Sandra are amazing!! Always up beat and ready to aid me in my recovery. I truly appreciate them so much. Thai is also extremely helpful with getting me in the door and on the books.
I highly recommend Highline Physical Therapy. I’ve seen Sandy now for two different issues - neck and hip. She is so knowledgeable and an all around great person who really cares. The exercises and therapy she provided were very beneficial, so much so I was able to do a 10 day hike recently thanks to Sandy getting me prepared. I saw Sarah too when Sandy was on vacay. She’s also fantastic.
I had sholder pains for 3 months before coming to Highline Physical Therapy. Within a month of working with Sara i noticed improvement. Now my sholder feels stronger than ever. The exercises Sara provided were clear and effective in treatment. She answered all my questions and adapted exercises based on my sport. Her attention to detail and explanation on what the exercises were doing made me feel confident I was receiving the correct guidance. Can't recommend Highline enough!
Sandra is very professional and very positive in my recovery from a arthritic knee I was amazed at the results even after a couple of sessions all in all a total success Thank-you Highline Physical Therapy and especially Sandra!
