During my total knee replacement therapy I received the most compassionate and professional care and never felt rushed through my appointments. They have no receptionist to answer the phones—greet people as the person comes in-they stay with very few employees! Their check in device often doesn’t work ! And again there is No One at the front desk to handle that issue! The PT are good but the business desk has No One there to Answer the Phone ! I have used West Seattle PT for years and this time it’s poor business 👎

This was the least professional experience I've ever had. Two weeks out, I scheduled my first PT appointment with Highline for 8 AM Monday morning. I was booked on their Calendar, and everything seemed fine. Two weeks passed, and I received a phone call at 7:32 AM the morning of my appointment, letting me know they had to cancel it.
