This company does false advertizing, thankfully they got a fine LMAO
This place sucks. I went in for a severe ankle sprain a few months ago. I needed to get an MRI, which my insurance denied, and I needed Dr. Mohrmann to do a review with my insurance to get the MRI authorization. When I called the office to get clarity on that process, the front desk lady was EXTREMELY rude. She raised her voice at me and offered NO help. Dr. Mohrmann, I've been calling your office concerning an over billing issue for over a month. They keep telling me that I will get a call back from someone with access to my records, but I've received 0 communications. This is getting ridiculous. I'm being hounded by my FSA provider to pay them back for your over billing. Please get this sorted out ASAP! This place is about business only. If you care about your health stay away from it. Dr Mancuso gave me diagnosis after 10 sec of our talk without you even checking my MRI or examination.
Had a life changing experience with Dr Mancuso and was able to recover from years of pain in my hip. Discovered the pain was generating from bulging discs after an MRI. Dr Mancuso was able to treat the pain right away. The same day I was feeling back to myself after years of going to chiropractors and other specialists.
