These guys were worth every penny. Their all inclusive deal cannot be beat. They were very careful, respectful and professional. They're most certainly get my service again :)
I was looking for a storage unit on a Sunday even though their business was closed they still immediately returned my text and I give them a five star as a business!
Professional in all respects. Great communications thru the entire process. Flexible to what was my changing need. Resonable prices for such a necessary service. Professional, friendly employees. Highly recommended.
If I could leave a no star or negative star review I would. The movers were extremely disrespectful to my items. A lotnofnour stuff arrived broken or not at all. When filing a claim the process has taken months and the company has denied the claim even though I have the proof of damage. When going back through the paperwork I found they actually lied in the paperwork claiming things as broken or damaged that was not prior to the move. Highline helped us with a move from Rochester, NY to Washington, DC in July of 2025. We could not have asked for a better experience. The crew of Oliver, John and Jose were on time, very pleasant to work with and incredibly helpful. They worked very hard at both ends of the move and did a great job packing especially fragile things. I would recommend them extremely highly.
