Management has stepped up in the past month with new concierge and building maintenances.
Overall quite happy with my unit and quality. Appliances and kitchen are nice. Particularly in love with my balcony and the view. I transit so being super close to metro skytrain is a big plus!

Fantastic view, excellent location. Building is pretty good! Nothing more to ask for as a renter.
The developer went bankrupt because of the interest rate hikes and post-covid recession. They owe the strata money due to the unsold empty units. That being said, the new strata council and new management company are doing not bad rectifying the situation. A/c and alarms are fixed. Sauna and steam room.. if you know anything about apartment buildings, those are almost always under repair (I'd prefer they don't have it tbh).
