This is what we deal with every day. The elevators break down all the time, and we end up waiting 15 minutes just to get up to the apartment.

Do we have to pay a move in and out fee? $200 for each, our roommates never pay that, but we were asked. We don't have any big furnitures and no necessary to book an elevator.
