My mother was referred to highline medical imaging by her doctor for an X-ray on her ankle. It’s been over a week since I brought her in and got the X-rays and they still have not sent anything to her doctor after multiple calls and fax from her doctor. This is beyond ridiculous she’s in extreme pain while they take their sweet time.
I have nothing but wonderful care, in the hospital and office visit.
I have never seen this before a person in line for over ten minutes and no one is helping him. I was in line after him All they do is talk on the phone or amongst themselves and just ignore people in line. Terrible place just look at the reviews. They should shut this place down along with the hospital. This state is a joke when it comes to health care, so many useless medical professionals I've ever come across.
This is THE WORST medical facility I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. If you need X-Rays, or anything, please take my word and go literally anywhere else. These people just don't want to work. Stock answers; "it'll take a minimum of 2 weeks" without providing options for expediting and zero empathy whatsoever. People are sick or injured and they just could not care less.
