I was a first time client. I made my first appointment with Julie and she was very nice and explained her process. I booked the appointment for Sept 21st. The day of the appointment, at 8am that morning, I recieved a text saying her sink was broke. I could come in but she'd have to use a bucket to wash my hair. So I rescheduled for October 9th. I cannot say enough amazing things about this salon and my stylist, Julie! I came in with hair that I thought was beyond repair after using box dye that turned my hair orange. Like, orange, orange. Julie worked absolute magic.
