Dealt with Tim on a used SkyJack lift I saw advertised online. I was able to get better pricing and they shipped the unit the next day. Unfortunately, the charger for the batteries was bad but, Tim and his team walked me through some steps to confirm the issue and sent out a replacement charger quickly that worked out great! We are very happy with the purchase and will look to Highlift first over a local vendor because of the great service.
Couldn't find my parts locally. These guys hooked me up with in stock parts for an older GEHL skid loader. Super helpful friendly people.

Quick and detailed service. My sales rep and i communicated through text messaging and went perfectly. It allowed me to continue my current task and still get the service i needed. I highly recommend the texting option.
I have tried to get parts information and to order parts for our Gehl skid steer on 3 different occasions, was sent to voicemail, left detail information on purpose of call and parts needs, never heard back. Ended up purchasing my parts from a dealer in Louisvile, KY.
