We're in the area on vacation, and had a headlight go out. I couldn't replace it myself with the tools I had, so called around and the first shop that answered was Highley's, and they said they could take us in same day and replace the bulb. We arrived and they took the car in immediately, and we sat in their beautiful and comfortable waiting area for maybe 15 minutes, and the work was done! Chris was amazing to work with! From our very first phone call, he was beyond friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He offered as much information as he could (without seeing the car) up front, which I really appreciated. When I brought the car in, he kept me updated on everything going on and confirmed the exact pricing before starting any work. He was so fast – had it all done within three hours of my first call!
