I can’t thank Highley Automotive enough. I was visiting from Sarasota, Florida, over the July 4th holiday weekend when my alternator went out after spending the day in downtown Blue Ridge. I called what felt like every tow truck company and mechanic around, and nobody could help me. Then I called Highley Automotive. Visiting from out of town when our car started leaking oil and was no longer safe to drive at the time. With other mechanics stating that they couldn't even look at the car for a week out, Highley's was able to receive our car from the tow and fix it the next day! The entire staff was extremely understanding and kind given the situation. They are honest, trustworthy, and were communicative the entire time. Was on vacation from michigan during spring break had a radiator take a crap stopped by at 430 on Tuesday night they had it done so we could head home by 11 the next morning great guys went above and beyond very greatful would definitely recommend
