On May 24, 2024, I contacted Highley Sydney H CPA to inquire about their services for my business taxes. During the call, the accountant was extremely rude and dismissive. They refused to assist with my business taxes without providing a clear reason. This unprofessional behavior caused significant stress and delayed my tax preparation process. I found Mr. Highley about 2 years after my trusted CPA of almost 50 years, retired. He’s been as knowledgeable and professional, his office staff also very helpful and professional, always answering any questions promptly and usually available by phone. When unavailable or busy with other clients, they are quick to return calls.
