Been going to Krissie over 20 years. Always does a great job
Worst hair salon, how could you do that to a brides hair before her wedding?!
The photos say it all… I would never recommend a place that has a stylist that does this and then refuses to make it right by refunding me when I have to have another stylist fix their mistake. Not to mention this was suppose to be my WEDDING hair. Brooke works at this salon and Social&Mane and this is the kind of service she let to walk out with. I would not recommend this hairstylist Brooke to ANYONE! If you want to be gaslit and manipulated , be my guest. But the way this girl handled a misunderstanding has me absolutely bewildered. I am disgusted with the way she think it’s okay to treat people. Poor customer service, HORRIBLE job, and an incredible loss of money….
You can never get a better haircut than from Krissie Essick. She listens to what you want and always get a great cut! The inside of the salon is cozy and super cute! Bring extra money for her reasonably priced items she sells in the store.
