I had a horrible experience here yesterday. After discussing at length the behavior, texture and aspects of my hair and the style and color I was looking for, Cierra ending up giving me the exact opposite of what I wanted. Driving home I kept feeling all the long pieces on my head and couldn't wait to cut them off! And when I got home and saw the color in the mirror I was horrified. Dawn is amazing! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it—down to every little detail. She also cuts and colors my mom’s hair regularly and always does a great job. She’s friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing :)

Cierra always does a wonderful job, their prices are amazing in comparison to other local places. I look forward to sitting in the chair! The shop is tidy and the other beauticians seem very skilled as well as they are nice! Super welcoming environment.

Cierra did an amazing job on coloring and cutting my hair today! It was a big change for me and her professionalism was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend her and Highlands West Salon!
