A most rewarding visit with Neurologist, Dr Mihri at Southern Highlands Hub. Having recently had two mini strokes identified I was delighted to be recommended to Dr Mihri as strokes are one of her sub specialties ! Time was of the essence hence I appreciated being squeezed in the following week with Naomi, the Surgery Manger organising all necessary paperwork and chasing of scans effortlessly. This place NEVER answers its phone calls. If they ring you back, you better pick up immediately otherwise you’ll be waiting half a day to get someone to call you back. Is there a receptionist there? I have been trying for days to talk to someone. They definitely need better management.
