I'm scared to even go here, I was hit by a man and nothing happened to him, housing blamed me and he got away with it
I was a little taken back when I arrived to do my paper work . I was treated with respect and kindness . They took care of everything that needed to be done that same day. I was never looked down upon or made to feel low because I desperately need a home .. I lost everything and ended up with my two grandchildren I was at my lowest when I went in there and they were all a breath of fresh air.. I have hope now .. Thank you all so much . I've been living at Highlands for about a year between walnut village and Cypress Ave. The ladies Anita and Brandy have been so wonderful and sweet. They were there for me when I was having issues and did everything they could to help. Mr. Harris was great and so was maintenance. They were a team and got the issue resolved for me. They are very understanding and couldn't ask for better people. Thank you all and Happy holidays from Crystal, Gizmo,and Bella Nixon Have Meowy Christmas
