I'm very happy with Highlands Ranch Glass. I had gotten two other quotes to replace a window with a broken seal, both of which were for a full window installation, but HR Glass said only the pane needed replacement. This saved me a lot of money, and I liked that they didn't try to upsell me. They also went and installed screens on several of our windows as well. Mari Lu and the Kelsey were great to work with. Did quality work and has a good warranty
Good. Much better pricing and service than Ken Caryl glass
Came to them for help matching a 50+ year old sliding medicine cabinet mirror panel. The type and thickness of glass is no longer in production, but they were able to fabricate a near identical match that you'd be hard pressed to differentiate. All this was done quickly and FAR more affordably than ordering a new medicine cabinet.
I didn't end up working with this company, so I can't review their installation services. However, I did request a quote for some work, and the email communication was very poor. I was sent an extremely brief and unprofessional response, with just a price listed but no details on the product, services, timing, etc. When I called the office for more information, the individual I spoke with seemed incredulous that I was expecting anything more than the brief email response they initially provided.
