Good experience! They set an appointment and showed up on time. They ordered a replacement window, replaced a screen, and came back later to install the window. They showed up on time the second time as well. The technician was respectful and wore booties in my home, which rates high with me because I'm a neat-freak. Extremely happy with the work from the front office (Mari Lu) to the install from Joel and team. I had 3 bathrooms remodeled and needed the glass install for each shower, one of which being a steam shower with some fairly large pieces of glass - and what I thought was going to be somewhat complex given the requirement of the door being centered. I whole-heartedly recommend this company. They replaced three broken windows in my home. They were professional and did an outstanding job. I will absolutely use them again the next time I have a broken window.
We were extremely pleased with HR Glass, whom we use for our bathroom remodel! They were prompt, reliable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. You couldn't ask for better! Our shower and mirrors looks beautiful! We highly recommend this company!
