Don't be fooled. This is not a local company. On hold for over an hour. Set my phone down while waiting. The person said hello once, waited a millisecond and hung up by the time I got the phone to my face. I called back, wait time was over an hour again. Never did speak to anyone. I was calling about delivery. On Dec 30, delivery via the online system was "on or before Dec 31", on Dec 31, delivery was set for On or before Jan 5, on Jan 5 delivery is now on or before Jan 7, according to my sensor, I have 3% left and it's -11.... read more

I have never been spoken to from someone with such ignorance. I wish I could remember the name, but whoever is reviewing this review and is interested in knowing, I'm sure can look up the persons name. I simply made the comment that the Highlands is in desperate need of another trailer technician and was screamed at asking if I had a resume to fill that position. Bravo, wonderful customer service in a time when the economy is so bad

Great experience with the Highlands Crew from start to finish. We needed a full install including ductwork, furnace, heat pump and propane tanks and all associated piping. They sent Ian to quote and Chris for the ductwork. The quote was competitive with the other 3 we received but the standout for me was the equipment they quoted was all Trane. We dealt with Rose in the office who was very pleasant. 3 weeks later Chris, Glen and Owen started and did an amazing job. Thought went into where things would be placed and run to ma... read more
