AMAZING SERVICE! After the ice storm, the water flooded my property. Mark (driver) could have refused to deliver but he went above and beyond to get us filled!
They did not seem prepared for emergency situations.
When it was highlands propane the service was great, now when you call you never get the same person. My tank was at 30% January 25. I requested a delivery. They scheduled it for Feb 3. They then sent an email saying your delivery will be delayed, rescheduled it for February 6. Showed up in a snow storm and the driver took pictures of a snow covered tank. After learning Highlands did RV propane tank installs and replacements, I contacted the in May/2024 to get my small RoadTrek tank replaced. Amy told me the tank was ordered. Several months later I find it was not. Had to speak to another person who now told me they won't do my truck as it was not an RV tank I needed. We are former customers. They came unannounced after we informed them we would be switching suppliers so we were left without propane for a week as a result. They have not refunded us the money owed for the propane we paid for that was taken with the tanks. It's been almost two months without a refund. If I could give negative stars I would. I do not recommend anyone use this company
