Quality home built and designed by pleasant professionals who I greatly enjoyed working with. I downsized from a custom home and was pleasantly surprised by Landsea’s high-quality construction. I am not a construction expert by any means, but I am an engineer who has bought, built, or structurally remodeled about a dozen homes. I have an above average understanding of structural integrity, construction, and finish craftsmanship and am very happy with the quality of my new home.
Very very poor construction, and warraty claims take months to be addressed. Staff is friendly, but tha does not fix the issues, I just want Landsea and their employees/contractors to do their job with craftsmanship. To make things worse, sometimes they come to fix poor labor and they brake more things. Worst experience ever, I totally regret this purchase.
Oh God, worst nightmare, very poor construction.. so bad in some cases it feels like it was done purposefully wrong, like with hate and/or total disregard for others 😪... and plenty of dogs not on a leash. Then for cherry on top, LandSea gives you a smart home with crappy Apple products that are not compatible with normal phones, not even compatible with an apple laptop and/or certain Apple tablets. You are forced to buy an Iphone cellphone if you want you smart home to work, very not cool!
If you want neighbors with weed-filled, mosquito ridden backyards, this is the place for you.
