I had an absolutely wonderful dental cleaning at this office! The staff was warm and welcoming, and everything ran smoothly and on time. My hygienist, Carly, was phenomenal – her technique was incredibly gentle. I barely felt anything at all! The entire process was thorough, comfortable, smooth, and efficient. I would definitely give Highland Point Dental a 10 if possible. All the staff and hygienist were very kind and caring. Dr.Dimassi is without a doubt the very best dentist I've ever had! As a rule I do not like going to the dentist much like many others however I know that when I see Dr. Dimassi he will do everything he can to keep not only my pain down but my anxiety level as well.He goes above and beyond and I certainly would recommend him to everyone who wants an excellent Dentist and a very caring person! First of all, the front office staff could not be more extremely professional and kind. I had an almost 40 year career in Employment, and I can tell you, this staff is top notch! I would hire all of them in a minute. Pam is the greatest asset to this team. She is so kind, excited about her career and loves helping people! Love her, she’s the best! They are absolutely PHENOMENAL! Finally a dentist and staff that actually cares about the patient. Especially if the patient is anxious about a procedure or even if money is tight. Also, which I think is the biggest one for a lot of people ZERO judgement. You're treated like an actual human being 🖤

100% Recommended! The entire staff was easy to work with and explained everything throughly. There were no surprise charges. Martha, the hygienist, is hands down the gentlest person to ever do cleanings. She was so gentle I almost passed out in her chair.
