Had two teeth pulled. Very happy with everyone’s help. Staff was awesome.
Had my first visit with x-rays, exam and teeth cleaning yesterday and I am so impressed with this office. Welcomed in the door, polite helpful office staff helped assist me with paperwork . Nice location and a beautiful office. Friendly gentleman took my x-rays and a lovely hygienist cleaned my teeth. What a terrific feeling to walk out the door with clean and sparkly teeth! This new dentist, Dimassi, whom I've never seen before told me I needed an extraction. He said I needed an RX before getting it pulled. He told me he knew nothing about IVIG infusions and that the doctor whom prescribed the IVIG needed to write my antibiotic. He didn't contact her, left that to me. Then they didn't send her the necessary information in order for her to write said prescription. I asked again for them to send it again to her. It's not the patient's responsibility. I’ve recommended this office to many people and have always had a positive experience with the dentist and hygienists. That being said, I was very disappointed with my experience with the office staff during my recent visit. I take my two kids here as well, and we’ve never had to cancel an appointment nor have we even ran late. I realize there are policies for a reason, but life happens sometimes and discretion seems fair considering all appointments for myself and kiddos have always been met and paid for on time.
