Took my dog in last minute for a skunk bath, which I appreciated since they could fit her in on short notice. That’s about the only positive. I was told essential oils would be included but never received them. There was also confusion about the service itself — I was told she got 2 baths, then later told it was 3, so I’m still not clear on what was actually done. On top of that, I had to go buy my own shampoo ($16) and was still charged $88 for the bath, with no flexibility on pricing despite the extra hassle on my end. Che... read more
I used to go to another vet, but after evaluating the service given for my late dog, I decided to change. It was a good decision. Dr. Rice knows when to be traditional and when to try new things, and her knowledge and care are great. I’m editing to let people known that this place is really great. Using Otto, I contact them about my dog’s diarrhea, asking for a call. They booked me for the afternoon and the diarrhea stopped that night with the medication and special food. Very nice to be seen in the same day!
Absolutely love this Vet hospital! They are the best in town! The staff was so caring and compassionate! And Dr. Condon went above and beyond to take care of Bear! I will be recommending them to everybody!
Great office! The veterinarian and her technicians are incredibly patient, compassionate, and dedicated to my furry son, Trigger. I moved here about a year ago, and I’m so grateful to have found a veterinary office I completely trust with my old man. Trigger isn’t the easiest patient—he has a lot of anxiety when it comes to vet visits—but they handle him with such kindness, patience, and genuine care every single time.
