I had a package to deliver to them, and Google Maps was trying to send me to their old location on Wallace Alley St. The lady on the phone, Ms. France, was very nice and extremely helpful in directing me to their present location, giving me turn-by-turn directions and telling me what to look for. She even walked out the door to meet me when she saw my delivery truck roll up.
Absolutely awful experience with their billing department. They filed the insurance to wrong insurer and then attempted to turn me over to collections when it was their billing mistake. The staff told me to ignore anything received from them until they filed the correct insurance and then they threaten collections after I followed their instructions. All they could say is it must have been the post office fault.
