We recently had the exterior of our house painted and were extremely impressed with the Gerardo and his entire crew. They were professional, hardworking and paid attention to every detail from start to finish. Before painting, they took care of minor repairs, thoroughly caulked where needed and power washed the entire house to ensure a clean surface. Gerardo and his team were fantastic! Our building was a big exterior paint project as it had never been caulked, had many rotten wood boards, had mold spots especially on soffits, etc. Highlands was meticulous about their prep work and correcting all those issues to set a great base to paint on. Scope of Work & Areas Painted • Master: was Agreeable Gray, w/ one dark accent wall • Guest Bedroom: Dark accent wall • Den: Dark accent wall • Stairwell and Loft walls: was Accessible Beige • Stair Handrails and Wall Caps We chose Accessible Beige which is the predominant color throughout the house and a matt finish over the existing eggshell. Gerardo and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. He came out (when he said he would), gave a reasonable estimate after looking at all the complexities of our 3 story house with plastic roofing over the deck, lots of stairs etc. asked all the right questions. They did a very good job pressure washing and cleaning and prepping everything & helping make sure all my forgotten things around the house were protected from any paint spray.
