They were professional, hardworking and paid attention to every detail from start to finish. Gerardo and his team were fantastic! Our building was a big exterior paint project as it had never been caulked, had many rotten wood boards, had mold spots especially on soffits, etc. Highlands was meticulous about their prep work and correcting all those issues to set a great base to paint on. Scope of Work & Areas Painted • Master: was Agreeable Gray, w/ one dark accent wall • Guest Bedroom: Dark accent wall • Den: Dark accent wall • Stairwell and Loft walls: was Accessible Beige • Stair Handrails and Wall Caps We chose Accessible Beige which is the predominant color throughout the house and a matt finish over the existing eggshell. Gerardo and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. He came out (when he said he would), gave a reasonable estimate after looking at all the complexities of our 3 story house with plastic roofing over the deck, lots of stairs etc. asked all the right questions. They did a very good job pressure washing and cleaning and prepping everything & helping make sure all my forgotten things around the house were protected from any paint spray. I almost never make public recommendations but will definitely make an exception here. Gerardo and his crew could not have been better to work with. The cost was very competitive but more importantly they did an excellent job. Showed up on time every scheduled day, took care of many little details during the prep work, left the worksite tidy after every workday, and worked hard to complete their work just beating out the rainy season. Even helped us with the final color decisions (which we love). Job well done! Bruce B
