Excellent customer service. The staff was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
10/10 highly recommend! This was an absolute blast! We can't wait to visit again. The scaly man coaster is amazing. There is a mexican restaurant on site, the gift shop is adorable , bathroom clean, there is fishing, gem mining & snow tubing. Will be back!!!
I am SO upset. Bad customer service. I hardly ever leave reviews. We had a great time at the park that day. I purchased the video recording from the mountain ride that I did with my three-year-old son. They emailed the video after I purchased it. Nowhere on the email did it indicate that the video would expire. I just opened the email last night to rewatch the video and show a friend, just to find out that the link was no longer active.
