DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. I applied at the Highlands of Marin And put down the $400 holding deposit and the application fee. Within 5 minutes I was rejected from being able to move in and promised to return my holding deposit within 2 weeks. I have had multiple email communications and phone calls with them and have received nothing but a belligerent attitude. . it is now 90 days since I applied. And they have not refunded my money. They are dishonest and only “care” about you while you give them money. When you need to leave the place they will take your deposit, they will charge you for cleaning even if you leave the unit CLEAN and then they will find more things to charge you.

Run! They don’t take care of apt’s. Rats in the walls! Very sad. Great location. Lived here 2 1/2 months and sewer backed up into kitchen sink and on floor. Apt flooded from a faulty fire sprinkler. A/C doesn’t work. Smells like mold.

This is such an excellent property. Felt very luxurious when I attended. The gentleman by the name of Chris Rivera was a big help and amazing in showing me my way around the property. Can't wait till my next visit and looking forward to the future.
