The practice has changed hands. The new owners are more about money, as they wanted to charge me $120 to transfer my file to another medical practice. I normally find that other practices normally do this for free. I am not going back to this practice.
Can’t thank the Staff and Doctors enough for their help and making time for me even at times without an appointment which is wonderful.
I have been a customer of the clinic since the start of the year and have been very happy with their service. The reception staff have been polite and helpful and I've booked appointments both online, over the phone, and in person. I am grateful that Dr Aziz has listened and given advice and treatment above and beyond what I have previously experienced from a GP
Dr Chai is wonderful and very patient with my client. Reception staff are always welcoming and kind, I have met the lovely Edda and Poh who always go above and beyond for myself and my client. Very easy to call through to speak to staff now.
