Significant delay in appointment times…
Tried to charge me a cancellation fee after they had me wait 1 hour past my appointment time. This is ridiculous honestly, how do you charge cancellation which within your policy says Do you agree to the following cancellation / non-attendance policy? “Please give at least 2 hours notice if you require your appointment to be cancelled. If you cancel within these hrs a $50 fee will apply.”. It’s been an hour after waiting so what the heck???
