I felt that my concerns were not fully listened to or addressed, and the felt rushed. Receptionist on Saturday 31.10.25/ didn't listen anything. Arrogant and unwelcoming. There was no option to give 0 to her.
This practice has literally no professionalism. They really need to hire front desk officers who give a crap about people and this centre.
Since 2019, I have been coming to this centre. Based on my experience, it is a clean and well-managed centre. Among the doctors that I have met so far, Dr Moradi is one of the best. She is a knowledgeable, patient and respectful doctor. I highly recommend her.
