We had an excellent experience with the plumbers who came out to our place in Cincinnati. Greyson and Preston spent most of the day fixing the shower drainage and pipes in our basement. We needed our water heater replaced, so I called a local plumber in Cincinnati early on a Monday morning. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me a crew could come out that same afternoon. Around 1 o’clock, I got a call letting me know they’d be there in about 45 minutes, and they arrived right on time. When the handle on our only main floor tub broke late on a Sunday, we needed help fast. Called Arcade Plumbing Co. and they sent Preston out the same day. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very responsive. At first, he tried to repair the old handle with some parts, but it was too worn out to save. We recently had a plumber out to our home in Cincinnati to fix our Moen tub and shower faucet. Shaun was extremely professional and took the time to explain everything to us. He let us know he would do his best to just replace the cartridge, but if that didn't work, he might need to replace the whole valve, which could cost more. After working hard to get the old cartridge out, Shaun was able to successfully remove it and install the new one, all without having to replace the valve.
